We are glad to help you get your PAN Card. Please get us the following:

1. Xerox copy of Aadhar card (sign on both sides)

2. Two passport photos (colour; with plain background)

3. Your mobile number and email id (please make doubly sure that they are right)

4. Full Name of Father and Mother  and the home address

5. Any one of the documents (a. 10 or 12 Class marklist; b. Driving Licence or c. Any id with Date of Birth)

6. Fees: Rs  150/-

NB: No 3 and 4 can be written on a full scap paper with your signature.

Please submit all the documents to Sr Priya or your class teacher before May 5, 2026.
